He has supported users across multiple organizations through both on-site and remote work, with hands-on experience in systems troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training, alongside practical programming experience in Java and related technologies. José has several years of high school– and college-level tutoring experience, including extended tutoring through Ave Maria University and Frog Tutoring, where he has helped students build technical fluency and disciplined problem-solving skills.
