Workshop Description

Public speaking isn’t just a nerve-wracking activity or an exciting experience—it’s an essential life skill that you can master through practice. In this three-hour online workshop, you’ll receive training from an experienced instructor in all the key aspects of speaking eloquently and confidently in public. You’ll learn how to hold an audience’s attention whether you’re giving a formal talk, a wedding speech, or a short presentation at school, university, or work.

The workshop will cover vocabulary, delivery, body language, structure, memorization techniques, managing nerves, and more. It will include both Q&A and practical exercises, with volunteers receiving live feedback on how to improve their speaking technique. A 10-minute break will take place halfway through the session.

Ages 14+
