This two-year online Edexcel IGCSE Physics course provides an exploration of the fundamental principles of physics, tailored specifically to meet the requirements of the IGCSE curriculum. Designed for students seeking a solid foundation in physics, this course combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications to foster a deep understanding of concepts of physics.
Throughout this course, students will delve into various topics, including Forces, Electricity, Energy, Waves, Magnetism, Radioactivity, and Astrophysics. Engaging multimedia content, quizzes, and experiments will be utilised to enhance learning experiences and reinforce key concepts.
The curriculum is structured to align with the Edexcel IGCSE examination standards, ensuring that students are well-prepared for assessment. Emphasis will be placed on developing critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and scientific literacy essential for success in physics and beyond.
Under the guidance of a teacher, students will have the opportunity to participate in discussions, collaborate with peers, and receive personalized feedback to support their academic growth. By the end of the course, students will not only have acquired a strong foundation in physics but will also have developed essential study skills and scientific inquiry techniques necessary for future academic endeavours.
There will be an hour Zoom class each week, and then work set by the teacher to be worked on for the rest of the week.

Thomas Winsor has a very in depth way of teaching which retains your attention. he also has a very uplifting can do attitude which makes everything in the lesson funny and enjoyable. he explains things to people slowly when necessary and is penitent when I am slow to understanding. overall Thomas Winsor is a fantastic teacher and I like his class, ever though I forget to join now and then because of the timing of the lesson.
