This two year online Edexcel IGCSE Chemistry course provides an exploration of the fundamental principles of chemistry, tailored specifically to meet the requirements of the IGCSE curriculum. Designed for students seeking a solid foundation in the chemical sciences, this course combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications to foster a deep understanding of chemical concepts.
Throughout this course, students will delve into various topics, including Principles of chemistry, Inorganic chemistry, Physics chemistry and Organic chemistry. Engaging multimedia content, quizzes, and experiments will be utilised to enhance learning experiences and reinforce key concepts.
The curriculum is structured to align with Edexcel IGCSE examination standards, ensuring that students are well-prepared for assessment. Emphasis will be placed on developing critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, and scientific literacy essential for success in chemistry and beyond.
Under the guidance of a teacher, students will have the opportunity to participate in discussions, collaborate with peers, and receive personalized feedback to support their academic growth. By the end of the course, students will not only have acquired a strong foundation in chemistry but will also have developed essential study skills and scientific inquiry techniques necessary for future academic endeavours.
There will be an hour Zoom class each week and then work set by the teacher to complete for the rest of the week.
