Course Description
Are you interested in crafting and making things with your hands?
Are you interested in learning how to crochet as a both relaxing and productive hobby?
During this 10-week enrichment course, you will learn how to crochet both basic and more complex stitches, all of which can be used to make beautiful projects either for yourself or for your friends and family. Handmade gifts are some of the nicest things to both make and receive, as the time, effort, and thought put into each project is both satisfying to make, and heartwarming to receive.
This course will offer a wide range of skills, including basic crochet stitches, baby clothes patterns, teddy projects, and more, all under the guidance of an interested teacher and alongside fellow students and friends learning the same skills. By the end of the course, each student will have several projects to their name, a newfound skill in crochet, and most importantly, a newly-discovered hobby for them to enjoy over the years.
This course is the recommended starting point for students who would like to continue developing their crochet skills in Crochet 2.
